No, unfortunately we are not processing any credit card by phone. The safest way is to buy online. When you buy online from us, no payment data is stored on our side, and payment data entered while placing an order is only used for the gateway payment and never saved or known to us.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is verified, packages are generally dispatched within 2-7 days and are shipped via eDHL, DHL or USPS with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.


WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. Ordering on OritSchatzmanStore.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your shopping cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be get to the Order Confirmation page, after the credit card/PayPal processing.


DOES ORITSCHATMANSTORE.COM OFFER RINGS RESIZING?

We can only resize up by 0.5-1 size maximum. If the ring is an adjustable ring, no resizing will be needed as it will fit perfectly.

If you need a resize up, you can add a request at checkout, or send us an email requesting this with the order reference number.

CARE, SPECS & WARRANTY
IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Orit Schatzman Store has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your jewelry through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt and order number. Contact us

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Water and stone settings don't go well together. Salt, soap, alcohol and water will cause damage to the beautiful stone settings. It is recommended not to shower with your jewelry or expose it to alcohol.

For the best result, and to keep the stone setting beautiful, we recommend using cream silver cleaners rather than liquids. Remember to only clean the silver parts and not the setting itself.

Can you request a different chain length for a specific necklace?

Some chains have a finish size and we cannot replace, but to all chains we can add an extender as long as needed.

It better to ask on a particular necklace so we can give you the most accurate answer.
